Ridgewood Heights Apartments

Lived here for 3 years during my time in Omaha and have no complaints. It was quiet, well maintained, had good amenities, management replied promptly, maintenence was on time, and neighbors were friendly. Overall, a nice apartment, and I am happy I chose to live there.

It’s okay if you don’t have high standards or have allergies. They gave me a unit where the bedroom was engulfed with the smell of cat urine. It took them four months and multiple calls to fix. I couldn’t breathe out of my nose the entire time I lived there and had multiple sinus infections. They’ll tell you not to replace parts lightbulbs, stove catches and then charge you 4x for replacing. Woke up to a guy smoking an OB on my patio once. My car was broken into twice there as well. Not worth the price.

I love living here! I have only been here for 1.5 months so far, but I have loved every bit of it. In my opinion, rent is pretty reasonabole considering the housing here is townhome style. In my unit I feel like I live in a home; there is everything in it that you could need. The community is extremely quiet and peaceful. Many of the residents here are of the older retired type, which I think is nice because they live a quiet lifestyle if that's what you're looking for. I really like that all of the payment of rent is online, which makes it super easy and just like paying any other bill online. Management is also caring and does a good job of keeping the complex clean and up to par. Overall I would reccomend checking out Ridgewood Heights. Every time my friends come to visit they always comment on how cute and quiet the space is, and I think that sums up the community perfectly.

I lived here for a year and have mostly positive things to say about it. Billy is one of the best managers I had the pleasure of working with. If there was an issue, Billy would help get it corrected in a great timeframe. Travis, the maintenance guy, was extremely helpful and always willing to discuss what he was doing/what he planned to do - which helped me learn a thing or two. The only downsides to this place were how cold it seemed to get during the winter, but that's expected with an all electric system. I still think about this place and would move back in a heartbeat just for the wonderful management and incredibly helpful maintenance. That pair is a rarity that most apartment complexes fail to get right. Billy/Travis - I wish you both the best and thank you for everything!

The maintenance guy is very nice and gets things done promptly. The monthly birthday and bingo with desserts are yummy. Most of the residents are nice. Good community.
