Worst experience ever, apartments are old and pricey, the kitchen is smelly. Bathroom is old and being painted a thousand times before. All what they care about is your money. The trick is they show you a nice tidy apartment or even your apartment looks nice and tidy but only for the first week then welcome to hell. My new car got scratched twice and I got pictures because the area is not secured at all. Will never go back to this place again. An old say you get what you pay for,, my advice is, stay away from this place and spend your money on something worth it.
Was good the first year. However they go through manager’s so services suck. Maintenance team sucks and nothing in your home you pay for gets fixed properly. I can’t even get a dishwasher that works because maintenance comes in quickly runs though the cycles and reports it works, however dishes on to do no get cleaned even though I’ve washed then before I put them in the washer. Customer services sucks, but they are happy to cash your rent checks. Definitely would not recommend living here!
Absolutely love this place. The people in the office are super sweet. The maintenance crew is able to get things done quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!
My time here was smooth minimum problems. One thing i feel like they should update the carpet in the hallways in the buildings but they keep them vacuumed for the most part. Maintenance was cool came on time most of the time and my apartment was nice for the most part only thing about the apartment was the windows in my son room weren't insulated so it was hot in the summer cold in the winter despite the rest of the house.
the worst experience I've had was living here, the people walking upstairs wouldn't let me sleep, the sink was constantly clogged, terrible smell in the carpets, after 3 months living there they already demanded more money for rent, Stay away from this place
Poor management who do not care about your belongings. My tires were slashed, nothing done about it. The ceiling was leaking from the roof damaging paintings on the wall, took months to "get a contractor". Same goes for the garage I PAY EXTRA FOR, leaking causing mold to grow, drip onto my personal vehicle and tools, and again taking MONTHS to "get a contractor". I'm a contractor and we're always looking for work. To me it sounds like they don't care or don't want to pay to fix it. So glad I'll be getting more money soon to leave and start living in a home. Close to worst apartment experience ever, second only to the notorious Tudor Heights if that means anything to you. Staff is stuck up and acts like you are bothering them when you ask for a livable property when paying over $900. Only staff member who cares is Mckenzie. She called me about updates on when they finally decided it was time to fix my garage. Genuine gal, but the rest are a bunch of Karens... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS. FIND A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE. YOU'RE WELCOME.
Took 4 months to fix a leaking broken window and wasn't given any notice when they finally showed up. Very dark apartment with few lights. Loud neighbors upstairs. Its good for the price until you add on all the additional charges each month. I moved in at the very end of the month and was charged for the whole months gas/water/sewer. My water bill went up like crazy in the summer even though i was rarely home and I realized it was because they were filling up the pool and charging residents for the cost.
I rented a town house here for 2 years. Biggest issue is parking. People park in the very limited visitors spots and leave them for weeks or even in one case for over a year and the management refuses to do anything about it. The appliances are all getting really old and again they refuse to fix, I have to physically pull my fridge out at least 2x a week and reset it. All the amenities are only open during office hours so if you have a job you probably can't use them, yes that includes the outdoor pool they refuse to make keys for people even for that one thing. The roofs are old and leak badly which leads to a lot of mildew, according to their leases all mildew is the renters problem and you will be charged to repair it.
This is a good place to live if you're moving into your first apartment. The units are reasonably priced for what you get. A few things to note, the appliances are very outdated, the stove burner tends to catch fire, the dish washer grows horrible mold and it stinks up the whole apartment. Even after doing a majority of the dishes by hand, the dishwasher doesn't really get things clean. There's also a huge lack of light in the unit, as there's no ceiling light in the living room or bedrooms and it has to be lit using lamps, which don't link to any light switches. We also suffered from a few loud neighbors, one of which was knocking on our door and the door of other units, we also caught someone trying to look through our peephole of the apartment. We brought it up to management and they basically told us they couldn't do anything. We had to file a secondary complaint to reach any resolution, which didn't come until we actually confronted the neighbors about it. My car was also broken into over a year ago while on the property, but that's not really the responsibility of the apartment, but it's worth mentioning. Management is hit and miss, sometimes the experiences are great, other times they're absolutely useless, might as well be talking to the wall. In short, good place if you're looking for cheap rates and a solid amount of space, but you definitely get what you pay for.
Do not move here, apartment management has had numerous people living in unlivable conditions and will refuse to accommodate their wishes of being moved into a livable means. There are families with small children living in moldy conditions, are constantly sick and apartment management still refuses to do something.
