I have been living here about two years and although it was a little rough with management in the beginning.. now we have new management that does seem to care about your concerns..return phone calls and also address the issues. I can’t speak for all tenets but I definitely have changed my mind and would recommend Centre Ridge.
Centre Ridge has been our home now exactly 1 year last January we moved into our apartment. During the 2020 pandemic they have worked with us even with the little here and their at the beginning we were able to do. Everyone in the office is very awesome friendly! We are happy to continue to stay here I've recommend these apartments to numerous co-workers looking for another place for family, friends or themselves. Only cause they have been so much better then the last apartment we were in.
Apartments are extremely spacious and at a very affordable price! Location is perfect. It is centrally located and makes getting to anywhere in Omaha quick, easy, and convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team responds very quickly.
When I moved in the unit had ants, the carpet is a mess it hasn't been replaced or cleaned in years. The dishwasher is loose and not connected to the wall. There is cosmetic damage all over the unit. And my garage door is falling apart. I mentioned this upon moving in, that was Feb, its now July and they have not fixed it. Management is non existent unless they are charging you a fee for something that you have no control over. their bad server when processing rent payments
This place isn’t toooo bad, things I liked is spacious living rooms, nice neighbors and quiet environment, and nice pool. Things I didn’t like was they probably could have replaced a few things before my roommate and I moved in. But it’s not like it was a huge deal. And the office people were alright, only thing is one would say one thing then another would say something else, so wouldn’t be on the same page. Other than that they were easy to talk too. Overall this place is mediocre, which isn’t bad, especially because it’s affordable. Just wanted to post an honest review that would be helpful, compared to most reviews on apartments
I really enjoy this place it has been my first apartment with some small issues and needed repairs I’m still genuinely happy with my home. Everyone likes to review bad and negative before they will share a good experience. Please give this place a chance if your looking. At least go meet the staff mi mi and Kristen are the sweetest they will show you a very nice model! Thank u center ridge/park in center
Dish washer doesn't work told the office numerous time still have done nothing. They say it works fine. I have video that shows it doesnt.... be warned monarch does not care about it's tenants just the money. The outrageous amount I pay for this place, maintenance should fix it the first time. Avoid this place Mimi does not care about anything do not rent here
Many things I don’t like about this place although I do love Kristen idk how to spell he name the assistant manager she’s amazing. Laundry was actively washing. And the door was locked called maitnance and refused to come open the door for me. Just small petty stuff like that. A neighbor of mine that goes outsid often told me about them having constant leaks.. at least they’re affordable !
Looking to move in may and checking out apartments, visited center ridge apartments. I found the leasing agents to be very friendly and helpful answering my questions. I have no doubt they will follow up with me in the future. Nice job ladies! Shari Jacobs
Do NOT RENT!! Very unprofessional staff and they do no care about the property or their tenants!! Our cars are broken into on a constant basis. Our building is falling apart and they tell us it's being fixed....over 6 months now. Everytime it rains outside, it pours in our hallway!! Wish I could add pictures and the video I have.
