Broadway Self Storage

Needed a storage facility between transition from an apartment to a house. Found the staff to be communicative and helpful, not issues with access and security. I would definitely use this facility again.

Needed storage at the last minute, and BSS was able to provide a clean and dry unit for me. Used the unit for a few months, and had no problems with the company and or the unit itself. A++

Cheap rent, leaky roof, ruined most of my valuable and irreplaceable things. Mold all over my mattress and TV, would not store anything here unless you want it ruined.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I LIKE OTHER CUSTOMERS FOUND MY STORAGE UNIT IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCESS DUE TO SNOW AND SOLID ICE. I PAID FOR STORAGE FROM 19 MAR TO 18 APR 2016 AT THAT TIME I SENT AN EMAIL USING THEIR ONLINE PROGRAM TELLING THEM IT WOULD BR MY LAST MONTH, AS USUAL I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. EXPECTING THE WORSE I CALLED THEIR ONLY AVAILABLE PHONE NUMBER FOR A HUMAN CALLED JEFF' I LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE SAME INFO. I RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I ALREADY KNEW THAT I WAS IN TROUBLE AS "JEFF: HAD MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER. SO I CALLED THE BANK A MONTH BEFORE TO WARN THEM. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WARN HIM BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT STOP IT. SO, OUR FRIEND JEFF SLAPPED ANOTHER $98.00 CHARGE ON MY AACOUNT CAUSING ME MORE DURESS AS I HAD TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD AND FILE A STOP ACTION. I AM 85 YEARS OLD A 100% PURPLE HEART DISABLED VETERAN. I HAVE DIFFICULTY WALKING DUE TO LANDMINE INJURIES AND CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE. OUR LANDLORD JEFF WOULD NOT KNOW THAT BECAUSE WE HAVE NEVER MET, IN FACT IN SIX MONTHS HE HAS REFUSED TOTALK TO ME. FUTURE CUSTOMERS BEWARE.

Broadway Self Storage has horrible customer service. Several times, the doors came off the frame, and despite their website stating that there would be someone in the office 6 hours a day, there was not a single person there in the whole time I had my things stored there. It is impossible to get a hold of these people; after leaving, I notified them via email, and was told I would be getting my security deposit back. That was in April. It is now August and I have tried emailing them, and calling them, and have still not received my deposit back. This place is okay if you need a cheap, sketchy place to store your things, but don't look for reliability.
