Broken Rice Restaurant Com Tam Cong Hoa

It's hard to find a traditional broken rice dishes in KC. This may be the best place to get in KC. It's very tasty and authentic. Love the bacon bits and scallions they put on their rice, it just crispy and melts in your mouth. The rice dishes comes with a soup which is pleasantly tasty and it's not bland like some other restaurants. The meat is also tender and not over powering with their season. There's so many varieties and the combination is one of my favorites. Also, they have hot pot. It's good to eat with a group of friends or family and share. Variety of seafood with rice noodles and veggies. YUM!!! The service was exceptional as well.

Heard about this on the local KC food group and thought I'd give it a go. Little bit of a drive from out south but well worth it. You get a complimentary appetizer with your meal which was a nice touch. The food was excellent and full of flavor. The only couple of things that prevented me from giving a full 5 stars would be that service was a little slow for the little amount of people dining and the fact that their hot pot meals were not very well advertised. Didn't see any info on it on their normal menu. Will definitely return to try some more food though!

I love all the new restaurants in the newly renovated strip mall area but all for different reasons! This place just so happens to serve the best rice I have ever had in my entire life. And I'm not really a rice person at all. My son loves it so I ordered some for him, curiously tried a bite and quickly found myself ordering rice for myself. The owners are so friendly and family oriented. I love that ! I will definitely come back again and again. Thank you for bringing a quality and unique menu to the Northland.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything I have had has been great. The wings and ribs are my favorite so far. I will keep coming back to try more.

So filling! Very good food and atmosphere, especially giving I ate for about 10 dollars (before gratuity). I'll definitely have to return, and certainly recommend it. I came alone to eat and always appreciate when the staff doesn't treat me as a burden for taking space, and the staff here was super polite.
