Pho 1

Ever since this place had taken over Iphotower and before that it was Pho Hoa, I was really skeptical to tried it out since there was so many Pho places. My first time it wasn't anything to be wowed about. But oh my goodness, I'm glad I've decided to tried this place again. Everything is much different from the decor, friendly staff, and much better food and drinks. First, Crawfishes is in season, so I've got a chance to tried out their crawfishes with their garlic buttery and spices. It was so much flavor and each time I ate more crawfishes it gets spicier. What a kick and yummy. Second, their Pho have improved. It's all about the broth, and I believe they have got it down. I order the combination Pho which was a surprise for me to see tendons and I love tendons. Not a lot of places have that serve. Meatballs and slices of beef and noodles was a good amount as well. Third, their Bun Bo Hue also called Spicy Beef Noodles is always a favorite of mine. Big rice vermicelli with a bowl full of flavorful spicy broth with pork and beef. Not too bland or too salty. Fourth, I do like their combination Banh Mi. (correct spelling for those who doesn't know). Their sandwich is pretty tasty and pretty decent price for just $4. Last, can't go wrong with a smoothie. I love their avocado, durian, or soursop smoothie with jelly. Just the right amount of sweetness and delicious for only $5 each. This is great place and close to downtown Kansas City.
