Plain and simple. If your hours say you’re open until 10PM, don’t turn your sign to closed and refuse service when it’s 9:20PM. It’s a way to lose business. I’ll not come back for sure if that’s the type of business they’re offering.

Normally when I visit this location the service is great. This one particular visit has given me second thoughts. On this night there were a group of guys working goofing off. The service was slow and my order was just thrown together. When I mentioned it to my server he just said sorry you feel that way this is after it took another 10 minutes to ring me up.

After numerous instances of poor service I am finally posting.....worst place to get ice cream in chesterfield county. Served a sundae "soup" by  Anna (name on receipt).  Clearly she doesn't care about her job or the reputation of the business. Asking for the manager, yielded a similar reaction. Its a shame. Is making a sundae that hard?
