I was from California and my personal vehicle broke down and I was stuck in Portland with my camping gear at my camp site on mount hood. Deepak was able to get me into a reasonable car, even after I reserved one from the wrong store ‍ thank you!!

We got a warning light on a car we rented in Allentown PA and were quickly able to exchange for a better vehicle that was brand new and clean as can be. The service rep was helpful and friendly. The service counter is in the hotel lobby. Very easy to get to. Limited cars but just right for us.

Very nice office help. Quick and efficient.

Extremely rude. No signs showing where to park. Ask inside and the agents gets angry that you are even asking. Basically, they want you to drive the car to the roof. Agent mentioned when I asked why he was being the way he was that 20 people a day complain about the setup.
