Low tech check in and returns. Can't be inside unless picking up car. After dropping off car, I waited outside for my Lyft, and the "out" gate wasn't opened to leave,  had to turn around and go through "in" gate. Friendliness of staff was hit and miss. Price was comparable to companies with better service. Car was in good shape.

I love this led company and especially appreciate Chelsea at the desk. There is also an amazing variety of vehicles to chose from. My only criticism is that there is no bathroom available for customers.Overall,I am a huge  fan of this business and highly recommend the Dollar Rent A Car in NW Portland!
