Hertz Rent A Car

Check in and drop off were smooth. The two people at the front desk were welcoming, kind, and helpful. I had a great experience! The car was clean and just as expected! Also the most affordable price in Portland, I will definitely be renting from here again!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the vehicle I rented was stellar. I didn't love having to navigate the parking garage, but that's more a feature of being in a downtown location that a reflection on the company. I was overall highly satisfied with the experience.

I made a mistake of trying hertz because of the aaa discount. You drive up to the top of a parking garage to find nothing, no office, no representative, nothing. When I call corporate and get through all the prompts you get nowhere. I went back to enterprise in hollywood district and walked out with a car in mins without a treasure hunt

Quick efficient service. I was in and out in no time. I dont rent often but this place works for me

They delivered the car quickly and that's about the end of the good news. Everyone I talked to seemed like they really hated being there and hated their job. The car was fine, it smelled like cigarettes but I kind of half expected that. I'm trying to get the car returned to them but communication from this place is kind of a miss.
