I rent A LOT of vehicles for work and personal reasons and I have been doing so for many years here in the Portland area. This Enterprise location is my go to spot in huge part to two of their phenomenal rental agents, Dimitri and Shelby!! They totally get what it means to be the best at customer service. Don't ever let them leave ;

Really enjoy getting a car here. The staffs were nice, professional and trying to help you. This location isn't big as downtown location but you will get lower price and higher class car here just like a free update. Highly recommend!

Fast, and consistently professional service.  Plus this location always seems to have nicer cars.  They share a newly remodeled space with Freeman motors and there is a seating area. If you have a choice, this or the one on Barbur about a mile away are the best I've found in the metro area.

Agent was great, office near road is much better than before, but not always staffed.
