Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I'm not too often inspired by customer service but I could not have received better treatment by the staff at this location! Aside from very welcoming, Shelby is adept in providing comprehensible information throughout the entire process, left not a thing to question. Thank you.

Close to downtown Portland on the number 12 bus line and a car repair shop. We had excellent customer service from Shelby. Note to my 5ft self: sit in the drivers seat to make sure you can see over the steering wheel. Luckily hubby is taller but had to drive the whole trip.

Enterprise made it extremely easy to rent a car. From selection to return their employees were kind, polite, and knowledgeable. If you find yourself in need of a rental car, I would go with Enterprise.
