Was a customer of Bullseye for several years. They used to be a great company. Without as much as a phone call or email, Bullseye raised the rate on our T1 line from $180 to $299 per month. We immediately canceled the T1 and paid for the service to the end of that month. They wanted to charge us an additional $360 for termination. Don't do business with Bullseye. They don't care about fairness or doing the right thing, not even an apology.

So far I have not been impressed. Switched from AT&T and figured anything other than AT&T would be an upgrade, but I'm not so sure any more...

WARNING.... NEVER USE BULSEYE TELECOM. I would give zero stars if it would let me. BULLSEYE is the worst company I have ever experienced. And whatever you do NEVER sign a contract. If you are looking for IP phones, try Verizon. They have great prices without a contract. I am sadly stuck with using Bullseye phones for another 2 YEARS, this must be what HELL is like. I had to cancel their internet service, because their connectivity was so bad that I would drop internet and phones service multiple times a day. Because this is business I could not longer risk loosing current customers and possible future customers. I kept the phone service only because I was in contract with that service too. After changing internet providers, I no longer have any drops in connectivity. BULLSEYE is trying to require me to pay thousands of dollars for termination fees, even though their contract gives an out for problems in service. And because I keep disputing the termination fees they are threatening to turn off my phone service if I don't pay the termination fees. Also, you can't get in communication with upper management, everyone you deal with has no power to make any decisions, feels like you're dealing with a bunch of minions. So save yourself a lot of trouble and AVOID BULLSEYE TELECOM at ALL COSTS. You can't say you weren't warned.

Excellent experience with BullsEye implementing VoIP service at Trowbridge, Genesis Genetics, Coach Insignia and Happy Howie’s. We had some pretty complicated requirements be so diverse. The team was proactive and while implementation wasn’t always issue-free, they stayed committed to uncovering resolutions.

If I could give them a negative star I would. Truly the worse phone service I have ever experienced.
