The one thing I can say about my experience with Grid 4 was I was very impressed by the customer service and their attention to detail. I am a small business owner and admittedly very green to the telecommunications aspect of business and they offered me turn-key solutions customized for my needs. This offered me more time to work on my business rather then in my business allowing me to focus on the main goal, growth. Its good to see company's like this still exist, its seems to be more and more, few and far between these days.

I cannot say enough positive things about Grid4 Communications and their staff. They are incredibly easy to work with, personable, attentive and very solutions-oriented. From technical telephony solutions to fielding my "what if" questions, Bridget and team are simply incredible!
