Burger King

Food was just like any other, customer service was good. No power outlets. WiFi was decent.

I went through the drive through to get my son a King Jr meal, and our cashier Christina was VERY rude. I asked for a meal but changed my mind right away and politely asked if i can change it for the Chicken Fries. I could hear her through the speaker giving off an “annoyed sigh”. I was going to ask if i can turn the order into a meal but I decided to wait until i drove up to the window so she can hear me clearly, thinking that there was a problem with the speaker. I then pulled up to the window and politely asked if i can turn the order of Chicken Fries into a meal and she rolled her eyes at me and rudely replied with “size”. I brushed off the fact that she rolled her eyes and replied with “Medium please”. After i told her the size i wanted, she started at me with an attitude and asked “well, what drink!” ultimately wanting to cancel my order, so i did. Before i drove off, she said “Have a good day” in such a sarcastic tone that basically meant “go f*** yourself” and slammed the window shut. My wife and i were surprise at the horrible customer service she provided since we’ve been coming to that Burger King for years now and never had a problem. It’s very unfortunate that we no longer want to return to that specific location, especially since it was conveniently down the street from our house. Next time, please don’t position someone who is annoyed with the world to work front and center. It gives a very bad reputation to the store. Thank you.

Disgusting location. I'd be ashamed if I were the owner. Every table was coated in a layer of grime from not being cleaned in (obviosuly) a long time. A Homeless dude was camped out in a table groaning loudly while sleeping. The toilets were backed up and spilling onto the floor. The ice machine wasnt working, food and trash all over the place. After several people asked to have the place cleaned up, they still didnt clean it. Makes me worry about how sanitary they are with their food handling.

Keep Driving. This Burger King is filthy and the employees don't even care that you came in to spend money. The floors are dirty, debris everywhere, and tables dirty, so definitely no one cleaning the seating area regularly. I've been there 2 times now and looks like downtown Beirut! The first time i was an unsuspecting customer, the 2nd time I gave them a chance to redeem themselves and it was no different 2 weeks later. The 3rd time I went there just because I thought no way 4 weeks later it would be the same horrible service, but sure enough. My cheeseburgers were luke warm at best, i had to ask for my food as it was just sitting under the warmer while employees were tending drive through or on a break. The manager of this place should be dragged out by their feet. If you read this don't waste your time, you'll be disappointed :(

I've always had pretty great service every time I drive through. They're pretty friendly, quick, & they always get my order right. Not 5 stars only because their food sometimes leaves much to be desired.
