Not the same anymore all new faces and they're so rude I used to love coming here with the old staff they were always friendly and helpful and if I had a problem they will resolve it immediately and not give me attitude now the new stuff is so rude I don't even go here unless I really need to I will recommend to go to other Jack in the Box there are more friendlier!!

I ordered ultimate bacon cheeseburger #7 with large curly fries and coke and the gave me the spicy chicken burger with small curly fries!! 

So i called them to let then know that i got the wrong one and the stupid customer service told me with her stupid attitude that they're receiving a lot of complains about getting the wrong order!! Like  for real?!! She seems proud of getting complaints!! So jack n the suck!! You guys need to close that place!! Grove and francis avenue!!

Morning shift girls are always nice here. Ones you're a regular you don't have to ask what you need this lady's know exactly what u want. They make my mornings so easy to drive up and get my order and if ur missing something they replaced the order with no bad  attitude.

It is a hit or miss here, sometimes the night drive though gets it, but during the day the lady who works the front "Manager" not so friendly and ignores you.
