Denny's

We had hot soup and cold salads- YAY! The breakfasts are not the only reason to come to Denny's. It's child friendly and there's something for every generation.... especially a brownie, malt or even an order of buttery pancakes!

Excellent place to eat. The restaurant Is very clean and the service is extraordinary they really know how to take care of the customer very good. I was there from11:10 am to 12:20pm and the quality of attention was extraordinary. And the food was hot fresh not cold my food plate speaks for himself highly recommended.

I got to say this morning I drove from Watts to Ontario to get together with my best friend who is here from Chicago. I had the most amazing experience at this Ontario Denny's. The young lady that was our waitress was 110% courteous with us. We must have been there about 3hours+ and NOT once did she make us feel like she was pushing us out the door compared to many other Denny's I've been to. So I gave her an extra tip she deserves it. 😀 So Pleased.

Let me start off by saying, it’s Denny’s. The food is only as good as the people servicing it. I’ve been to this one in particular an x amount of times that I can’t count because I’ve lived in the area for 20 years. Having said that, I’ve had my share of good and bad service, but today was the last straw. I never review stuff unless there’s a need. Lenny, the shift manager or whoever she is, gave me the type of customer service I’d be fired for had I been a regular employee. I ordered online which I have done every Sunday for the past 8 weeks, the exact same thing actually (and they make you pay for it before you get there). I always ask for my gravy on the side since I don’t want mushy biscuits. She scoffed rolled her eyes and asked me why I would ask for the gravy on the side if I didn’t want it. Well I paid for it didn’t I? I never said I didn’t want it, first of all. Second, had I sat in the restaurant and asked for it on the side, I’m sure she would have provided it. Oh and she passed me off to not one but two other employees who had no idea what they were doing since all she said give her gravy in not so nice Spanish. Oh which I speak by the way, thanks. Giving it a 3 because, let’s be honest I’ll come back. But next time I get this treatment, I’ll be more vocal in person.

It's okay the food's good but it's always real busy it's hard to get a waitress when you need her because it's so busy
