IHOP

It took half hour for someone to take our beverage, another 20 min to take our order, AND other 20 min for our food to come. It doesn’t have to take a whole hour or so. 2 people in front of us had already payed before having our order taken. People from behind us even had there order taken before us. It’s crazy. Oh but they’re to quick to give us our check right. First timer. NEVER AGAIN

I say 3🌟🌟🌟 because their food is always good, but the hash browns could use an improvement, and the customer service needs improvement. But, overall, the servers do a great job at managing this busy 60 frway/Archibald Location! Keep it up- nice work!

Loved it except a little mix up but very friendly so I believe it deserves a 5 star rating!

I believe this place attracts cowds of people by about 9 am and, they dont keep up with. By that I mean the service seems to be kinda slow. But I may add, the service is a kind and warming atmosphere while, being professinal.
