Burger King

This is an updated BK with drive through. It is clean and located on the main strip in West Lebanon main commercial area. It is easy on/off highway on your way to/from weekend or vacation in the mountains.

I ordered a Whopper w no onions. Not only DID IT HAVE onions, but there was so little Mayo on the burger it was ridiculous. I know you are a fast food chain and I shouldn't expect "great food" but at least listen to the orders that your customer gives you and slow down. It's not rocket science to put together a nice burger, but y'all sure are making it seem that way, like you just can't do it..... 🤔 Also PUT OUT TRASH CANS, it helps to keep people from throwing their trash in your parking lot! Is your goal to do the bare minimum? Because if so, you are achieving it... 👍👎

As far as fast food goes, BK is pretty good - but this location isn't particularly clean. If you take a peek in the kitchen there's quite a lot of dropped food on the floor...

Currently at this present time I'm going to give our store 3 out of 5 stars. We are currently working very hard with a fantastic regional director and district manager to bring our store back on track and where it's supposed to be. We are continuing to update our store, it's equipment and staff to better serve our local community and our valued customers. As one of the management team I will continue to strive for the utmost importance of professionalism and customer satisfaction guaranteed. I personally would like to apologize to our community and our upper valley residents both New Hampshire and Vermont for our lack of customer service. Place needs a real general cleaning,help needs an attitude adjustment and need to have the food in stock they advertise, no chicken,whopper was as advertised
