Yes it's in the middle of nowhere and can be beyond crowded but the pancakes more than make up for that! Real maple syrup and spread and sugar on the table makes it a real treat! Coffee and water taste "off" so enjoy some non-lethal OJ

Polly’s pancake parlor offers the best breakfast dining experience I have ever had. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. It is located in a beautiful location in Sugar Hill NH. They make their own maple syrup and maple products. Polly’s has a maple spread that is out of this world! Even the sugar is maple. The pancakes are incredible and they mill the organic grains and make fresh cakes! It’s a must go to restaurant!

Really nice place to have a meal, with great views and friendly service. Amazing pancakes. Other food is fine, but not the best in the area. Go for the breakfast. I wish they had an electric charging station.

Awesome pancakes. The oatmeal buttermilk pancakes we're surprisingly good. The service was prompt and super friendly. I will be going back.

There was a long wait on New Years but we were happy we stuck it out. The pancakes and eggs were very good. The fun part was you could pick any type of pancakes you wanted and mix-and-match them. I had the gingerbread pancakes, blueberry pancake and an apple cinnamon pancake. All were very good. The gift shop had some neat locally made items like bird houses and handmade greeting cards.
