I've never been so unimpressed with a restaurant in my whole life. My boyfriend and I went in to get some food after a day of hiking. We ordered a simple six piece chicken tender meal. Thirty minutes later we still have not gotten our meal. Other people who had come in way after us and ordered larger meals were already eating. After going up to speak with someone about this, we waited another twenty minutes. Finally got our cold food an hour afterwards!!! Great job! :)))

We stopped in for a soft serve cone. Service was slow and not particularly motivated. There was a group of 4 that were waiting for their order before we went in and the person taking the orders did not even take our order until the group's order came up. We waited about 10 min. before he took our order and and 1 min. to get it.

A little let down but not bad. They where quite busy due to storyland being right down the road but that has to be the norm. One real complaint was that the fries where cold. I figure when a place is that busy, how do they have cold or old fries. Food was very quick though.

We came in a little close to closing time, but we received friendly service, and our food was good. I noticed they have a huge selection of ice cream cakes- my daughter adores viewing decorated cakes, so that was enjoyable for her. This is very close to our hotel (Eagle Mountain House), so we will return!
