There seems to be some serious management issues at this store.  I've been here 3 times close to peak hours and the fries are not hot.  The drive through staff are not very helpful, I had to try to get their attention for minutes to get some ketchup and napkins.  I keep all my receipts, but they never offer me one, I had to ask each time and they act like its a huge inconvenience, there is a receipt on the bag but it has no prices.  Prices are high compared to other fast food in the area.

Slow and cashier picked up a wad of hair off floor to show manager and didnt wash hands after. Person making burgers not wearing a cap or hair net. Basic sanitation updates need to be given to staff...please?!?!

Friendly service and we had a couple special orders that they got correct!  Also, our food was ready quickly and was nice and fresh!
