Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

The burgers here are great and the beer selection is pretty decent. However, I think that their appetizer portion sizes leave a bit to be desired for the prices they charge. Everything else otherwise seems to be priced appropriately. When you put your name on the waitlist during busy times, you can leave them with your cell number and they'll text you when your table is ready. That way you can head off and do some quick shopping in the mall nearby and wait for the text. I think they'll hold the table for something like ten minutes from when they send the message.

Excellent. We arrived and were informed that we had to wait 20 minutes. Went to the car to store the shopping we did and as we came back our table was ready. 5 minutes wow. We were informed about all the new menu items at Red Robin by our friendly waitress. The restaurant was full, but food came quickly and was very good. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Waitress was nice but that only goes so far. Waited 10 minutes to place a beverage order and had to wait an additional 15 minutes to place our food order. When food arrived I was given someone else food. They had made a "new fresh" burger which came out lukewarm at best. I understand things happen from time to time but try to make it up to the guest and apologize for the inconvenience. First impressions of Red Robin were pretty low.

My girlfriends and I were recommended to eat here when we were on town. The service was okay. The order took forever to get out the tables that came after us got there food first. I had to ask for a refill on my water twice. The food however was very good! Only suggestion is get some real bacon and not the microwaved flimbsly bacon. Price was a little high in my opinion but overall it was good.

We go there about 10 times a year. Always great burgers and bottomless fries. The a1 peppercorn is my favorite. There is bottomless sides and drinks. If you sign up for their loyalty program every 10th burger is free, so with a family of 5, it happens quickly for us.
