Burger King

This is one of the cleanest, brightest and friendliest friendliest Burger King establishments I have visited. It is centrally located with out the traffic or crowding of downtown that can happen through out any given day. I don't come to this area of town often but when I do eat here I have always been glad I did. Lobby and dining area is very spacious, very well tidy with bathrooms that fallow suit. The employees seem to know that fast food shouldn't mean skimping on the quality or service you deserve as the customer. Always have been served with accuracy and a smile from the friendly faces behind everyone from the registers to the farthest happy face preparing what ever the order even when we have come at peak times. If deciding on a quick meal and it's on your way this is a great choice.

I have eaten this Burger King on several occasions as it is close my place of employment. I have always received excellent customer service from this specific location. When I do have an issue, the management team is on the ball. For instance, I recently went through the drive through and my order was messed up and I did not realize until I made it home. I placed a review of what happened on the locations website. Within the next day the Manager called and spoke with me on the phone and even mailed me coupons and a note. This management team is on the ball and their efforts do not go unnoticed. Mistakes happen. It is how a business responds to those mistakes, and I am thoroughly impressed with this locations response to my issue. Since then, I have had nothing but excellent customer service and the food has always been served hot and fresh. Thank You Burger King West 12th. -Ben

The staff are nice and service is pretty quick. Restaurant is generally quite clean including the bathrooms. Food is usually made right and tastes good. Ice cream cones seem kinda dinky but in general it's a pretty good burger king

I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, while the employee took an order for a person that had arrived after me. I let them know that and all that was said, is "I'm sorry about that. What can I get for you?"
