Burger King

Food was great. We were the only ones here in drive thru. Gal made us wait for a few minutes. While placing my order on 5-27-18 at 8:10pm the blonde haired girl kept laughing, I had to repeat my order 3 times. She said I was rude because I didn't want dessert!?! I said this completes my order "3" times. As we were leaving she said she hoped I had a better day?; then shut the drive thru window? Was an experience that's for sure. I wonder if they drug test these people???... Still love BK though. Get an occasional weirdo I guess..

Hadnt been bad til lthe last time I went. They forgot about my order than once they finally brought out the person behind me food they asked what I had and they brought out half my order i told them it wasn't all of it and told em to bring a manager the manager gave me a few coupons and she apologized but they girl that was being dumb bout the whole ordeal was a dumb tweaker b**** that hadn't been there long didn't say amyrhing. Went back the next day to get some sorta apology but the manager said we've resolved the situation already and kicked me out. So before going to the bk on russle just know you prolly dealing with tweakers

Stoped in to this Burger King mid afternoon and although the staff was swamped with what appeared to be large orders the employees were calm serving our food relatively fast, fresh, accurate and was served with a smile. The restaurant was very clean without overflowing trash receptacles with up dated restrooms that were for use one person at a time but large enough for wheelchairs or like me, for those of us who need to bring our children with us. There up dated lobby had me forgetting this was a fast food restaurant for a moment with their modern design and decor. My son really enjoyed that there are the large tvs in the dinning area.

I have never had a bad experience with the customer service but had a couple issues with the food but it was fixed.
