Gave them a second chance after the screwed my order over several years back. BIG MISTAKE. Allergic to cheese. Ordered a hamburger- given a cheese burger. Eat and get sick or starve are my choices. Too far down the highway to turn around and return it. Bad service every time. If it weren’t next to a gas station it would be out of business. If you call to complain and ask for a manager they will hang up on you. Complained to BK CORPORATE. We’ll see how that goes.

Ordered a large double whopper meal with no cheese and a some zesty sauce.. Pretty simple. I would have hoped they got 1 thing right but my whopper had cheese, they gave me a happy meal sized fry and drink, and no zesty sauce.... When I said at the window I ordered a large it took two of them to look at me like I was stupid, and 1 to talk to their manager... Anyway its too bad they don't have a 0 star option since that's how much of my order they got right!!!

This Burger King in particular stands out to me. The employees are one of the most friendliest crew I have ever encountered at a Burger King the customer service is Way Beyond expectations. My meal was prepared very well and was delivered hot and fresh exactly how it should be
