Nice and friendly fast food service in drive thru. Burger King lives up to its slogan in having it your way. I order the number one combo with cheese and a junior whopper with cheese no tomato. They got my order right. Nice and charcoal grilled Pattie’s. Fresh lettuce and onions. Parking around the building. Decent prices.
Ok so 20 min wait for impossible whopper combo and Big fish. However manger gave me free burger for my wait. Real clean inside. This BK is alright.
The last couple of visits at Burger King has been really awesome especially with the customer service. They are so hard working people here and quick on their toes. I can't complain about nothing because everything was hot and fresh. They even put ketchup in my bag which most restaurants have stopped doing for whatever reason and I always forget to ask for ketchup until I'm halfway down the street eating some fries thinking about ketchup. Overall I give a five stars.
Best Burger King in Columbus hands down. I tried to call and tell them whatever they got going on they had figured out the key to having their food quality freshness and preparedness on point. I'd say just a tad bit under from how Burger King used to be when they char-broiled the burgers n not steamed. I've eaten at Burger Kings around the world on Military bases and y'all are up there with the best of em. The guy who paid his $4.68 in change coinage!.
My last few visits, the customer service has been great! With fast food, you sometimes have to check but my order has been correct, hot and quick. Def a Burger King location I’d recommend for consistency!
I remember when burger King first came to Columbus and there was not a better burger to be found with the char broiled deliciousness. Sad to say, those days are gone. I go 1 time a year to see if I can get lucky and recapture that taste of nostalgia but no such luck. The death of a giant is hard to watch
I ordered with the online app and selected drive through pick up. When I arrived at the BK drive through they told me I had to come inside to get my order. I went inside and had to wait 15 minutes for my food, because no one was taking the counter they were all taking care of the drive through. Frustrating, what is the point of using the app?

I've ordered an Impossible Whopper from here off of GrubHub three separate times, asking for no mayonnaise for every order, yet every single time they completely ignore my order and add mayonnaise anyways. I cannot eat this because I am vegan. Why would you add MAYONNAISE to a vegan burger? Vegetarian options: I'd say the Impossible Whopper is a good choice for vegans, but they clearly cannot stomach the mere thought of not relentlessly adding mayonnaise to a burger. Dietary restrictions: Complete disregard for them
My burger is Burnt & the person over the Intercom was rude & sounded like he had a attitude. It was very crispy around the ends and I ask them to put cheese on it and it didn’t come with CHEESE. Also they charged me for it but when I got my burger I didn’t see cheese‼ It had a burnt taste to the sandwich and that’s not how a company should be serving people food. If you wouldn’t EAT IT why give it to another person. Just drop it Fresh
