Do not go to this KFC! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal with fries as my side order and this is what I bit into once I got home. I was served old, soggy chicken tenders instead of my spicy chicken patty and a small amount of fries. The fries were cold and look like they’ve been sat out all day! Just absolutely disgusting! The chicken taste as if it’s toxic waste, that’s how I know it isn’t fresh! Food also COLD. I would not recommend this KFC and I also will add who ever is on the shift at this location right now should be FIRED! This is sad and money well wasted.

Not much to say about this place because it is fast food but KFC in recent years has been very good. Just like any other franchise though it depends on which one you go to because the service can vary but all in all the food is pretty goodFood: 5/5
Sweet tea obviously was moldy. Tasted like mildew, the chicken was dark pink. I submitted a formal complaint with the Columbus city health department. Truthfully disgusting and they should be closed
I used the drive thru, placed my order. When you order a lrg side of mashed potatoes are you not supposed to get gravy with them? Yes, I phoned the restaurant and no one bothered to answer the phone.
Very slow; I only have 30mins fore lunch, I spent 15 mins in the drive thru .... Waiting , needles to say I didn't get my food....... It'll be a while or if I even go back to this location
Worst kfc in the country, drive thru takes FOREVER, everyone is rude and my order is almost never correct. I drive an extra 15 mins to go to a different one. Don't even bother with this kfc.Food: 3/5
How do you run out of chicken a hour early before you close? It's clear to have no chicken means your just not cooking any. Yall should close at 10 if your not really open until 11
Does anyone want some extra done chicken that's so dry the chicken taste like trash. Or how about a biscuit that I could chuck at a wall and I bet it makes a hole. This KFC IS TRASH. TRASH PEOPLE WORKING
I’ve never posted a google review before but our recent visit deserves one- Perhaps we got lucky, but we stopped by this location on a Sunday evening, returning home from a trip and it was a great experience! William was working the drive through AND the window- he was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient as we didn’t know the menu well. Our order the 8 piece + sides was cooked appropriately, had all of the sides, plus the sauces we asked for, all in a very timely manner. Again, maybe our day // time of day we just got lucky, but based on our experience, if we lived locally we’d definitely return!
