Burton Auto Glass

I work for a nearby local business and I’ve had good experiences here before and have sent people that had good experiences but after Friday, If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went there Friday, business hours say they’re open, and door is locked. So I call the number on the sign, (which is different than the number on google) get an answer, he says he will be there at 630. I asked if it was a cell phone and if I could text him to remind him and he said yes. So I do that, turns out he has an iPhone with read receipts on, and read my message and never responded. Basically just screw me is what I got out of it. I will never take my vehicle or recommend anybody to this shop again.

Great place for window repair had a windshield put in an was out of there in 35 mins....they do awesome work an also give u their opinion on what glass is worth the money thanks guys will be back again when it time for a new one in a different ride

Clean, fast (took about an hour, way less than I expected & was told by anyone else, plus they were the only ones willing to get me in now - everywhere else was saying no until after Christmas), and professional! Goes above & beyond the call of duty (cleaned the glass shards 100% out of the car & did a little extra cleaning), plus it's a local business. Won't go anywhere else from now on. Accepts cash & check, not card, but neighboring businesses have ATMs. My own fault for not making sure, not going to ding them for that.
