Definitely has the "small business" feel. The staff was more than friendly and very knowledgeable. I mentioned that I'd never restrung a guitar before, and the employee that helped asked: "oh. Would you like to watch?" Peerless customer service. They've earned a loyal patron in me.

Excellent, friendly service and good selection. It's a little out of the way but well worth the drive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This is a very professionally run establishment. Having not conducting any prior business the manager informed me that an old stolen card # of mine was attempting to make a purchase and their state of the art systems detected a potential fraud. Butler took the time to track me down on facebook and I was immediate notified of this. I was very impressed with how responsive they were. Thankfully I had previously deactivated the card and no damage done. Being in the industry, working on films, I will certainly be giving Butler a look for mics, field recorders, stands, and lighting. Their prices are quite competitive and I look forward to starting a new relationship with this top notch, honest American company.

Friendly knowledgable staff, large selection of different types of equipment and merchandise from drums to t-shirts, guitar whammy bars to ukuleles. All products I've purchased here are of impressive quality and still hold up.
