BVW is a great jewelry store to shop at. Not only are the folks who work there extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but they are very professional also. Designing and crafting a piece of jewelry is not always an easy task but the jeweler at BVW is excellent. He takes the time to get to know you and your personality and desires which leads to a distinctively designed piece of jewelry for his patron.

Can't say enough good things about working with Britten and his wonderful staff. My husband and I came in with heirloom stones that we wanted to be set in a unique way for my wedding ring. Being able to see the drawing in CAD, and then having a plastic ring cast was an amazing service for them to offer, and I'm so glad they did! We ended up changing the design at the last minute, and they still finished my ring with two days to spare before our wedding. The time they took and attention to detail was above and beyond, and I ended up with a one of a kind amazing ring that is now an heirloom all its own. Thank you doesn't even begin to cover it!

The BVW family consistently exceeds expectations and is an amazing local business. Gone are the days of going on-line to Tiffany's or other places for jewelry for my wife. Britten and Michelle, along with their talented staff, deliver top-notch jewelry every single time. They create timeless pieces for both men and women, that I would argue, is better than anything I have ever seen. As an example, Britten created both my wife's wedding ring and mine. We constantly get compliments from young and old on their designs and look, not to mention how much we both love them. If you are looking for a custom jeweler in the Reno area, or just want to meet a great local family at their business, don't hesitate and stop into BVW!

This was the BEST experience I have ever had with a jeweler. Michelle was so kind & helpful. She went above & beyond what I have ever experienced at another store. I had only taken my ring in to be dipped & when she looked at it she noticed the diamond was out of place & offered to fix it. When my ring was returned, it looked better than it had the day I got it.
