Brian helped us originally and now we work with Jason. Both of them are extremely professional, great with communication and very welcoming. I have talked with everyone in the shop, you cant go wrong with anyone there. We have purchased 3 rings, had some fused and a complete ring resize. Not only did they deliver on time but they were early in delivery and have us money where they could.

Diamond Vault is a great jewelry store conveniently located in Reno. You might not see it driving by because it's on the top floor of a bank building, but parking is easy and the shop is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the jewelry is stunning. They also have great prices, and provide services like inspections and cleaning twice a year for jewelry purchased there.

I love the staff here! They are always friendly and helpful without being pushy about sales. They have a fantastic selection and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this store for your jewelry needs.

I love the diamond vault they helped my fiancé design the perfect ring. Brian was so helpful and great with us there was no pressure like you feel at other jewelry stores he was amazing!
