The people there are really polite, we were getting the tires rotated, we were out of there within 15 min. It cost less than $20.00!!!!

Worst customer service I've seen in a while. They tell you one thing over the phone you get there and then they say they can't. I observed more time talking than work taking place. By the looks of the location I guess they were busy planning their next KLAN meeting.
