Service is quick and staff is knowledgeable waiting area is clean and comfortable the bathrooms are also clean the prices are a little high but the quality of the work and and parts are up to par I would recommend going here if you needed service on this side of town

Brought our brand new Jeep over to have the tires balanced. It sat there for five hours and they told us the tires were dry rotted. Hard for brand new tires that are driven daily to be dry rotted. The safety locks on the tires weren’t even removed (no marks on the locks and there was still salt on them from the beach). We will not recommend to anyone.

I got a flat tire. I went to Fire Stone who said it would be a while. When i called Gateway they said come right over and it was such a great decision! Jade Clark was awesome and has a great personality. I was in and out in 15 mins. Will come back when I need tires!
