My wife was on her way through when she experienced a wheel bearing failure on her 2500 Cummins. One call and Henry said absolutely bring it by. I coordinated it from a distance and they took care of everything in a couple hours and she was on her way for an amazing price. Highly recommend this outstanding shop!!

This place is awesome! I broke down in Shreveport La on Friday and was in a huge bind. They had me back on the road in no time and was reasonably priced. A big thank you to Shawn and Ronald for your kindness.

Staff efficient and friendly. Balanced my tires in a reasonable amount of time. Contacted me when they finished. My truck no longer has a shake. Thanks for a great job!

Very pleased.  Courteous check-in staff and quick service.  I came in with a tire that had gone flat.  (Thanks, AAA, for coming to inflate it and enable me to drive to Gateway.)  The employees diagnosed the problem -- sealant around the wheel rim had come "unsealed" -- and fixed it, all within 45 minutes.  No charge!  (Take that, airlines!)  In meantime, in the pleasant waiting room, there was movie-worthy popcorn and fresh coffee.  How do you beat that nowadays?
