Cafe Trang Bistro

We used to come here when it first opened. The serving sizes were big and everything was wonderful. Over a few months though the sizes got smaller and smaller to a point we stopped going. Clearly trying to increase profits thinking people wouldn’t notice. Well we went back after a year. Glad to say that the sizes were back to the larger again but the amount of meat in the Pho was much less. The broth in the soup is however the best tasting so we are stuck deciding what we want to do. :-( the taro smoothie is great though. Overall I’m a bit torn on how I feel about this place now.

Fast service. Good selection of menu items. Nice people at the counter. Great place to get some Pho.

Cafe Trang was a great addition to our neighborhood! Their food is delicious, we have the pho quite regularly but we also love the pork bun. Of course their egg rolls are out of this world! The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

I recommend this restaurant. It is delicious fast food style restaurant. I ordered the yellow curry with white rice. The curry is so delicious! I've been back several times since.

The food is good. Place was clean and majority of the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. But if you've never been there before ordering can be complicated. Especially if you're used to ordering pho from Other restaurants. One of the staff tried to walk us through it but there was a lady there that got very irritated and told us we should know how to order from their menu before we get in line and mostly over complicated and Confused the other staff. She wanted to overcharged us and told us because we didn't know how to order and changed our order too much. All we did was add different Meats to the soup. I don't see myself going back here being there are better pho restaurants in West Jordan with much better service and far much easier to order off their menus.
