I have rented with them for about a year and I love the management! I can call my resident manager (Kathy S.) at any time and she answers and helps me out with anything I need. I left a message about a broken toilet and when I got home from work it was already fixed. I don’t think I have heard my neighbors one time, it’s crazy how quite the building is. I’ve been very impressed. I recently signed a new lease in another one of their buildings! I’m very excited!!

I lived in these apartments right after they were built and knew some day, I would retire and come back. I did just that with the help of great management by Dana and Karen. Dana was great to work with. She went way above and beyond her call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. i have never worked with any management company that would go so far to please and satisfy their residents. Dana, you truly are a team player with this company and should move up the ladder fast. Your knowledge and sincere interest of finding the right apartment for clients is well met. I am happy to say that I am finally home again.

Lived in Shadow Bay. Nice people in the office, everything's set up so you can pay and request maintenance online. Great job keeping the lots plowed during the winter. Nice building.

I would not recommend Latitude 46 apartments to anyone. What is advertised as "upscale" apartment living is the farthest from that. While there is a pool, hot tub, sauna, and great fitness center, we have experienced glass in the pool (which was resolved), my children have been exposed to residents having sex in the pool area (they are 7 and 10), constantly broken elevators (which my 10-year-old got stuck in and now fears elevators), and a hallway of pets in the non-pet half of the building.
While one would expect to hear some noise in any apartment, the neighbors below me have called the police and reported we are "stomping" due to noise that was caused by unloading the dishwasher. This is not from us being uncontrollably noisy, but to poor construction of the building itself. While the management company is not at fault for this, they offered to move me for a $250 fee, which the manager said I would be required to pay due to fair housing laws (which is not true). My neighbors had leaky windows and mold growing.
I have lived in a variety of apartment types, and this building is by far the worst I have lived in. Trash and dog excrement kept my kids from playing outside in the many grassy areas. (I had a neighbor who continually threw garbage over their balcony.) While it is not a terrible building, the only think "luxury" about it is the price. At $1350 per month, a person can buy a house and get someone to shovel the driveway.
I was very disappointed overall in the lack of willingness to address some of these issues.
And the difficulty of getting security camera footage for theft was impossible, resulting in a several thousand dollar problem that was never resolved. I am typically not a complainer, and I felt as though I had to complain a lot in order to get even small issues resolved.

I rent from Campbell Properties at Cypress Courts and have to share that we love it here! Debbie is absolutely phenomenal and on top of everything. Whenever we have contacted her about anything, she is quick to respond and is so easy to work with. She does a fabulous job managing Cypress and is very friendly. Debbie is a huge asset to Campbell Properties. We appreciate her rapid response even on a later night when our garage door wasn't shutting and her and her husband came to help fix it. We are very happy here and glad we chose Cypress.
