Prairie Property Management

Great working relationship with PPM. All the property managers, site managers have been so friendly and helpful (Thx Tara, Jeanine, Susan, Rachel, Amber, Andre and everybody - awesome!). They have made every effort to make sure I get to their renters carpet cleaning in a timely manner. They do not cut corners - all stains are removed (if possible) and every unit is sanitized and pet deodorized so each apt, twin, townhome and single family units are fresh for the new renters. Thank you PPM !!!

By far the worst experience I've ever had renting. I would highly recommend NOT leasing from this property management company. The manager, Collette, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was being relocated for work, along with needing to move back home to help care for family with health issues and I asked what my options were in regards to my lease. She told me "We have people who are dying from cancer and we don't care. We can't help relinquish them from their lease. It is what it is." I ended up finding someone to take over my entire remaining lease term with ZERO help from their management yet still they are withholding my deposit. Absolutely horrible.

very good people to rent from. we rented a town home for a year. the place was very nice and quiet. everybody we worked with at Prairie Property were nice and helpful. Best thing is we got all our deposit back with interest. previous places/management i have rented from All took a bogus fees out even when we left them in tip top shape. Prairie Property Management were fair and honest.
