Waste Management - Grand Forks, ND

After paying for every other week service a year in advance, WM changes it to twice a month without notice. Customer service lies about the service I paid for, until I show them the receipt. Only then do they issue a refund for the missing pickups that I paid for. They should have been up front about it and automatically refunded me with out pulling teeth...

Their prices go up every 3 mo and next to impossible to get out of your contract. Their auto renewal will cost you big money someday.

Several times they forget to pick up our trash. We have trash piling up in our house at times. Today marks the 4th time since they begun having bins in our area. Horrible service!

We has a blizzard on our scheduled pickup date when i looked online said would be picked up the next day. They never picked up and our curb is full i call to ask and get treated horribly by the person i talked to. Not my fault they didnt pick up our stuff.

I caution anyone using Waste Management for their refuse collection. Prices change after contracts are signed and they could care less about Customer Service. Please and I say please READ YOUR CONTRACT AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND IT COMPLETELY. For example AUTOMATIC RENEWAL for three years in my contract. If I could given this company less than one star I would, I can't believe the cost to terminate service but I will not continue to be held hostage. Foy Cox
