CAMS - Community Association Management Services

Wilmington, NC Received a letter from CAM 6 weeks ago that pressure washing would take place May 7th. That ALL personal belongings would need to be brought in from all patios and further, I would as a resident need to check with the pressure washing company to make sure it was safe to enter/exit residence without property damage occurring. There has been zero communication for the duration of the project. Johanna and Tina refused to give a date of the vendor return as of May 31st and would only state “weather permitting” they would return someday. There have been many days of no rain that the project could have been completed. This is a classic case of a management company hiring the lowest bid with no regard to quality or service of vendor. I would not recommend this management company.

I've called several times to clear up information about POA dues, etc. Tina has usually been the representative answering my inquiries. Tina responds in a courteous manner, is efficient in finding my record so she can see what I am referring to and provides a concise, clear answer to my questions. She is patient if I have multiple questions or even if I confirm an answer she has already provided. I feel comfortable and encouraged to know Tina is available when I call CAMS.

I called CAMS in reference to our condo that CAMS manages. Maria was fantastic and provided great customer service. It is wonderful to talk to a pleasant employee who goes the extra mile to handle requests. My experience has always been positive whenever I have called their office.

I had a great experience today in the CAMS office. I walked in with cash for the swim team (not knowing they didn't take cash since I am new to the area). Kathleen Giliseen immediately ran to the bank inside the building to see if they could do a cashiers check. Then she ran to her office to see if she had any personal checks for me to use. Patty Fusselman started going through her purse and got her checks out for me. They did not want me to have to go home to get checks or run to another bank. Big thanks to Kathleen and Patty for being so caring!!

Every time I call Kathleen she is available or tells me she will get back to me and she DOES! Always has a positive attitude and helps solve the issue. Thanks!
