I had the privilege of working closely with the CAMS staff recently throughout the completion of a new property in the area. Their staff is attentive, professional and very detail oriented. If searching for an HOA management team to oversee your property in the Morehead area I highly recommend CAMS!

Having done business with Anna, Cathie and Cheryl for the past few months I can say they are a pleasure to work with. When I have questions or concerns they are very prompt and courteous in their responses. It is refreshing to work with a company that is more proactive than reactive. Thanks guys!

Entering our fifth year with CAMS as our management company, the Morehead City office is very responsive to homeowner requests. Our new Association manager is excellent in keeping all of our functions running smoothly. Communications in a timely manner are a big factor in homeowner's satisfaction and all of this staff is top notch. They are a great asset to our Association. It's a pleasure to work with all three of these professionals.
