Our association sign fell down a year ago. I emailed our association manager 6 months ago and was told "we have someone looking into it". It still hasn't been repaired and now it's broken in half. Weeds are overgrown in the streets. I feel like I'm coming home to an apocalyptic ghetto everyday. Granted, my dues are low. Possibly too low. I would happily pay an extra $30/year if it meant proper maintenance of the signage and streets. Their website is also garbage. It looks and navigates like it was written by an 8th grader in 1998.

I wish i could post a picture here of landscaping by Kohn Ell, they do nothing to earn any HOA dues.

I am purchasing a building for my business and Kohn-Ell is the Association Management company that handles the two-unit building's condo association. I needed proof of insurance for my mortgagee ASAP in order to finalize everything for closing. I left a message for Lisa, and she called me back within 10 minutes. I explained my needs and she jumped on it immediately. By the very next morning, I had the updated form sent to me from the insurance company. I was shocked at how quickly she was able to get that all completed for me. Thank you Lisa for helping me so expediently!

This the worst management company that can ever exist in the face of earth, there community there manage are a real messy.
I have previous owner of one of condo on lakeside condominium, and there was always problems.
There never a viable when you need them, also there do not take any responsibility for loss on the property even is there problem.
There take the the money but no upgrades, currently own another condo, always problems with the neighbors since there are renters and don't have any clue about the rules, i called them to refer the problems and there never aviable.
If you are a renter in this property's is easy, but if you plan to buy any of this property's manage from this management don't do it, you will be stuck for life.
