CAMS - Community Association Management Services

After three managers at Park South Station, it was a real surprise to find that Adam knew how to handle every issue that arises in the development from pool to gates. He's extremely competent & gets the job done. He's always been helpful and easy to get along with. From my experience with him, I think he definitely rates five stars.

It’s been almost 4 weeks since I’ve notified CAMS about my key fob not working for the garage. Account has been billed. Still hasn’t been mailed to me. Still parking outside. Issue could’ve been resolved with one timely email response and a postage stamp in

Can say much about the company itself because I don't think they do a good enough job with maintaing the value and upkeep of the neighborhood and property. However, I am rating the customer service representative that helped me yesterday. I am giving Stephanie a 5 star rating because I thought she was very professional and showed stellar customer service and did a wonderful job assisting me.

I am exceptionally pleased to write a review about CAMS and particularly how well they work with tenants on any special request or project. In recent weeks, I have worked on some renovations in my unit and have needed assistance from the CAMS office. Ms. Hanna Pate has been exceptionally helpful in coordinating a prompt response to every single question I have asked. She is prompt and professional and does an excellent job of "quarterbacking" any situation that has arisen. It has been a very positive experience working with the CAMS staff!
