As bad as the company they service - Best Buy. BBY scraped the floors of our new home on 4/28, and despite calls and emails over the last 18 days, I have only gotten one email response asking me for my phone number (which I had given them SEVERAL times). Avoid them. Avoid Best Buy. And good luck to anyone who is already stuck with them servicing a claim. Terrible customer seti e and zero accountability. Not what you want from insurance.

I tried to go about this the right way but I guess I just have to put NTB - National Tire & Battery on blast... On March 2nd I was cleaning out my car at Lanier's Scrub And Scoot in Lake Wylie. I had left the music and lights on while I was cleaning and when I went to start the car the battery was dead! So I walked right next door to NTB and their employee Vince said he would send out another employee(Trip) with the jump box to start my car & bring it over to replace the battery. Trip & I walked next door and he plugged up the jump box and told me to start the car but the car would not start. Trip then ADMITTED he must have jumped it wrong and didn’t know much about BMWs he asked me to get the car manual from the trunk and I had to look up how to jump the car, which he did. The car started but was running weird and Trip told me it was because the battery was dying. I got to NTB and they replaced the battery however after I paid and got back in the car the check engine light was on and it was running rough. I pulled back around the parking lot and adked them to check what was going on. The mechanic who came out(I don’t remember his name but he has an audi tattoo on his forearm) ran diagnostics and said”maybe you jumped the car wrong”. When I told him his employee was the one that jumped the car he started back pedaling and insisted it was “bad gas” or “cheap oil change” and that I should take the car to the BMW dealership. I tried to leave but the car had barely any power and would only go about 5 miles per hour so I pulled in the parking lot next door & parked the car. The next morning I made arrangements for the car to be towed to Hendrick BMW(where I received excellent service btw!). They sent paperwork showing that NTB caused the damage so I went ahead and had the car repaired and submitted the bill for towing and repairs to NTB - National Tire & Battery and their insurance company(SEDGEWICK). After speaking to the supervisor at Sedgewick I was basically told it was “their word against mine“ even though I can prove that they are lying. Not only are they refusing to pay the claim but they are blatantly lying about jumping my car. � As a business owner myself I am absolutely disgusted by the dishonest and unprofessional behavior of this company.
