Joel was amazingly friendly and helpful! He listened to what I said I wanted, showed me selections within my price range, gave me clever insight, and helped me find the perfect area rug for my dining room. Some other customers came in while Joel was assisting me. He was deft at helping both of us without making either of us forgotten. The service and prices at Capel could not have been better. I'll go back the next time I need anything to cover my floor.
