Well thought this was going to be a great experience... ordered floors and paid for them. 2 days before they are supposed to be installed and find out after calling on a few occasions that the flier we ordered is on BACKORDER!!! It is BEYOND belief that we were not contacted sooner!!! We have already taken our old flooring up!!! This is utterly ridiculous!!!

Not the best service in the world , they make a mess and dont clean up. They mess up on simple things. Yes they fixed things but over hearing them i heard they skipped things. Also we thought we over payed . I would not recommend them , thanks.
