My experience with Donna and Dallas was excellent. Donna is on time and a complete sweetheart. I am extremely happy with the materials I purchased from Aiken Flooring and the service I received from them while choosing what materials to purchase. The downfall to that is, it doesn't matter how nice the material is or how much you pay for it if the contractor does a poor job with the installation. This isn't the doings of Aiken Flooring directly, but it is who they have as their installers. Aiken Flooring is definitely a 5+ star experience with their services as a flooring provider,  but who they have for installers are definitely less than a 3 by far. Great quality in materials and wonderful people to deal with. Just a poor choice of contractors for installation.
