Carpet One Floor & Home

A friend recommended this business to us. I went on line to view the business and a sales person called me named Andy and left a message. Several days later I called him back. I had explained we had visited another flooring business just to look to get ideas and he began to bad mouth them and seemed more concerned about that than to find out what we were looking for and to help me. I will not go there at all now. Not our kind of sales person at all.

I called on a Thursday and asked if I could get someone to come out on Saturday to measure 2 rooms and get some quotes. The manager, Robert, came out and was very nice. He explained the process of vinyl and carpet, took measurements, then left. A few hours later we went to the store to get the detailed quotes and met with Liz, our salesperson. Both Robert and Liz stayed late as we got there about 10 minutes prior to their shop closing. They were very nice to do that and we appreciated it!
