Terrible service and employees. Would have rather dealt with a mentally challenged monkey teaching it how to finger paint.. laughable service. Completely unprofessional in every way. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE SOMEONE WHO WILL NOT MESS YOUR STUFF UP WORSE THAN IT ALREADY IS!! Heard this story multiple times from other people after I got mine installed. I wish I would have talked to them sooner. Poor, poor management. Dealt with some lady named Jamie. Completely unprofessional and condescending. Will never use them again! Beware

Rite Rug has done some of the worst quality work I have ever experienced. They are the flooring and tiling contractor for Ryan Homes, and have had to re-tile the bathroom in our new construction house 4 TIMES. Each time a defect is discovered our bathroom is unusable for a month while they order materials. The current repair caused damage to our plumbing, meaning we have to wait extra time for additional repairs. They sub out the tile work to people who cannot directly communicate with you in English. I would avoid this company at all costs.
