We have used Tommy's guidance twice for installation of carpet, luxury vinyl and hardwood flooring. The service provided has been excellent each time, store prices very fair, and our crews have been respectful, efficient quick, and clean. We wouldn't hesitate to use Tommy's store products again and recommend him highly.

I had a great experience purchasing carpet at the Rock Hill store. Tommy was great to work with and the whole process went exactly as promised. I shopped around before making a decision and I got the best quality carpet and the best price. The installation was perfect and the installers were very professional. Customer service means so much and along with having the best products you can count on getting great customer service from Tommy. I would definitely and have recommend going to the Rock Hill Carpet and Rug Superstore.

I am a third time returning customer. If your looking for the best prices, and best customer service this is definitely the place to come. I was nervous going by myself at first, not knowing anything about flooring. But Tommy made all that disappear. He is very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable .

Tommy is the BEST!!!! His knowledge about products is invaluable. Others are just about making a sale. Tommy actually listened to me, helped me make decisions, treated me like family. This is clearly not only his area of expertise, but his passion! I can not say enough. If you are remodeling, do yourself a favor and go see him!!
